I hereby confirm that I have heard Helle Pia Larsen coach a female client live. From my coaching observation I found that Helle performed her coaching successfully and according to good standards of good coaching practice.
Helle is a focused and respectful coach. In this session she shows how she beautifully dances in the moment with her client and how she stays present to her client’s agenda and needs. Helle shows her ability to have the client be naturally creative, resourceful and whole.
Helle did a wonderful job establishing a coaching agreement and setting the goal for the session and to summarize and reconnect the goal through the whole session. She showed good listening skills combined with powerful questioning that helped her client to create awareness. Her questions where direct and focused and she engaged her client to explore, plan and design her actions. Helle showed a flexible coaching-style that created a relaxed and effective atmosphere, where the agenda of her client always was the focus.
I therefore recommend Helle Pia Larsen for the ACC credential, and I believe that Helle coaches at the ACC level today!
